First Lieutenant David Paroby, a native of Warminster, Pennsylvania, serves as the Director of The U.S.Army Ceremonial Band, Washington, DC. His prior appointments include service as the Executive Officer and Associate Conductor of the United States Training and Doctrine Command Band, Fort Monroe, Virginia.
