The Youth Orchestra of Bucks County is seeking an unpaid intern to assist with marketing and community outreach efforts. Here are the basic expectations
Time: Approximately 3 hours per week
Tasks: Promote the YOBC mission through blogs and appropriate social media venues. Track success through appropriate metrics.
What's in it for you: Great experience using social media and other online methods to drive audience and produce measurable results. You will receive training, guidance and tips from a social media veteran who has helped build multiple interactive businesses. This will mostly be a "virtual" internship, so there's little, if any, travel involved once we meet to get you set up and trained.
Length: Internship will run from September to December

YOBC offers VOLUNTEER STUDENT INTERNSHIPS. To date the students have been music students interested in gaining experience working with our young musicians as conductors and leading sectionals. Upcoming internships will also include offers in administrative areas: volunteer coordination, fundraising and development; publicity and communications.
